Our "Status Now" instant availability system, is our direct connection between our reservation system and the actual availability of the property (or tour, airline, rental car etc) and it allows our consultants to tell you straight away if the property you wish to stay at is available for the dates you wish to travel.

Please remember that as Relaxaway Holidays often have an exclusive allocation, when we have availability you may not be able to get the same property through another agent or even direct with the property, so based on our availability the booking will need to be made through us.

Property Name SN
On the property list, you will see properties that we have "Status Now" availability indicated by a SN next to the property name (per example above). Our consultants are able to provide instant guaranteed availability on these properties. The property will also have the "Status Now" graphic shown at the top of this page on the information page for the property.

Property Name OR
Other properties will have "On Request" availability indicated by a OR next to the property name (per example above). These will normally be confirmed within 4 hours, but may take up to 24hours in some cases.
